Job Title: Office Assistant

ALIGCUS Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our Architecture Department.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Manage client and department communication, including phone calls and emails.


2. Coordinate work schedules for US and China architecture departments.


3. Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.


4. Perform receptionist duties as needed.


Requirements:


1. Fluency in English is required, with Mandarin/Spanish speaking skills preferred.


2. High school degree.


3. Proficiency in MS Office.


4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


5. At least 1-year office-related work experience.


Working Conditions:


COVID-19 considerations: All desks have been moved to comply with state social distancing guidelines. Face masks and anti-bacterial sanitizers are available for all office personnel.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $18.00 per hour
