Ticket Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Ticket Sales Associate to join our team at American Family Field. As a Ticket Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maximizing individual ticket sales using the Tickets.com ticketing system, while providing exceptional customer service to fans.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize individual ticket sales using the Tickets.com ticketing system
- Provide exceptional customer service to fans in person and over the phone
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of ticket promotions and clearly communicate all related ticket products and American Family Field information
- Demonstrate strong techniques and strategies to up-sell and cross-sell on all inbound inquiries
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Prior cash handling experience preferred
