Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience in managing industrial properties
  • Familiarity with building systems, construction techniques, and project oversight
  • Proficient negotiation and financial management abilities
  • Proficiency in English
