Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Responsible for achieving company and client budget objectives.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise all Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
  • Resident and Landlord Relations: Responsible for all resident and landlord relations.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for accounting and collections.
  • Project Management: Supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations, including project management.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Responsible, under the supervision of the Area Director, for property-specific and company reporting requirements as provided to the Corporate Office or clients on or before due date.
  • Organizational Alignment: Follow all organization's policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals.
  • Special Projects: Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of previous experience managing 600+ unit property.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Social Media savvy with creative marketing abilities.
  • Motivational leader.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management, including supervisory skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong working relations with internal colleagues, owners, and vendors.
  • Must have a real estate license or obtain within 120 days of employment if required by state law.
