ASSA ABLOY Fenestration is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Admin to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks and duties critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer phone calls and route them accordingly
  • Aid in the accurate entry of orders into our ERP system
  • Work with Engineering and other departments to set up new item numbers as needed
  • Perform routine review of customers and distributors per ASSA ABLOY export compliance guidelines
  • Execute basic customer open order reports as requested
Requirements
  • Analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills; ability to use dual monitors and function simultaneously in multiple systems
  • Teamwork - works well with other members of the department as well as others in the company
  • Ability to be resourceful and flexible as conditions change or while encountering obstacles
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attendance and flexible schedule (Hours 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri)
