Job Description:

As a Customer Success Manager III at Allvue Systems, you will be responsible for managing a book of clients and maintaining a comprehensive view of their experience with our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and be able to build trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders within the client organizations.

You will create success plans that align use cases with customer objectives and drive escalation of client issues and potential risk.

In addition, you will become familiar with our Equity product set and train customers on products/features.

Our team is dedicated to innovation and excellence, and we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
