Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at JG Blackmon & Associates. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our external customers and inside salespeople by developing quotes and proposals, tracking sales metrics, and coordinating order entry with our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop quotes and proposals for power service contracts.
  • Follow up on quotes, provide additional information to sales teams, and track sales metrics.
  • Receive POs, coordinate order entry with factory.
  • Track orders and communicate information to customers and sales teams.
  • Perform internal write-ups and documentation.
  • Assist in resolving field service issues for customers.
  • Work with internal teams to confirm commissions and payments.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, college experience or degree in business, tech, or related preferred.
  • Some experience working in an office environment preferred (but not required).
  • Must have own transportation.
