Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Tri Pointe Homes Charlotte.
The ideal candidate will have experience in land development or real estate and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities will include:
- Performing work associated with the coordination and inspection of construction projects in support of the construction management team.
- Providing general administrative support, handling routine matters, as well as those requiring special attention to the construction team.
- Processing various Federal, State, and County development agreements, permit applications, and associated bonds/letters of credit.
- Ordering and coordinating the delivery and permitting of all sales and construction offices.
- Preparing, updating, and editing detailed, confidential correspondences, forms, reports, and presentations with conscientious attention to detail.
- Installing and maintaining a systematic filing system for electronic and hard copy documents.
- Managing all aspects of OSHA requirements for all field employees.
- Coordinating setup of office and supplies.
- Reviewing and analyzing pricing and change orders under the supervision of the construction manager.
- Producing Starts for all builders, Sales employees, and Subcontractors to notify everyone what will be built on the lot, including plan, elevation, and options for the house.
- Sending documentation including Starts, Change Orders, memos, and bank charges to Subcontractors by request.
- Coding all indirect/direct and utilities for inventory homes, temporary power, and back charges.
- Creating new subdivision lot files for office and field construction records as well as creating subcontractor contact lists with phone and fax numbers.
- Acting as a liaison between the builders, Sales employees, and Subcontractors regarding Starts, Change Order, and cut-off dates.
- Performing other duties or projects as requested.
Requirements include a high school graduate/GED, experience in a field related to land development or real estate, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
