Sales and Administrative Support Specialist

The Sales Administrator will support our sales team, office staff, and customers by handling clerical & administrative duties. The chosen candidate must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be a team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams and external customers
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
- Coordinate with dispatch on delivery locations and schedule pickups
- Process sales orders and maintain contact with vendors and customers
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration
- Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
