The Sales Administrator will support our sales team, office staff, and customers by handling clerical & administrative duties. The chosen candidate must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be a team player.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams and external customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Coordinate with dispatch on delivery locations and schedule pickups
  • Process sales orders and maintain contact with vendors and customers
  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
