We are seeking a highly skilled Linux System Administrator to join our team at Akina, Inc. as a Cybersecurity Intelligence Team (CIT) Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide system administration support across the CIT, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain Information Technology (IT) systems, including Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with the onsite ISSO to support STE/STN activities.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with Elastic products, such as Grafana and Kibana.
  • Utilize Jira for workflow management and Confluence for documentation and artifact sharing.
  • Provision virtual machine resources and navigate the Command Line Interface (CLI).
  • Coordinate planned and unplanned outages using Outage Manager (OME).
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes containerization is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
