Job Title: Flight Attendant - Passenger Service Specialist

Job Summary:

National Airlines is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Flight Attendant to join our team. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Passenger Safety: Participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS) and maintain all safety-related manuals and procedures.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Familiarize yourself with all aspects of the flight, including cabin safety, cabin service, and passenger security requirements.
  • Enforce Safety and Security Protocols: Follow and enforce safety and security procedures in accordance with company policies and federal regulations.
  • Promote a Service Culture: Actively promote a service culture that emphasizes learning, continuous improvement, and effective communication.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Passport Requirements: Must have a valid U.S. passport or other passport and green card for international travel without restrictions.
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Background Check: Must pass a 10-year background check, including an FAA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds, push/pull service carts weighing up to 250 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible Scheduling: Ability to work flexible hours, days, nights, and holidays.
  • International Travel: Must be willing to travel internationally and comply with National Airlines' reserve and scheduling policies.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand/walk for long periods, sit in an aircraft jump seat, and perform other physical tasks as required.
