  • This position is integral to the Airport Stations Team within the Customer Experience Division.
  • Accountable for a diverse range of administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, typing, filing, managing phone coverage, welcoming and guiding customers, processing mail, ordering and distributing office supplies, reconciling spending, tracking special occasions, and arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Salary range for this role is: $36, $47,320.00
Key Responsibilities
  • Assists in the preparation of management presentations and special projects as needed.
  • Manages, reviews, and oversees all local invoices through InvoiceWorks and distributes as necessary.
  • Addresses and escalates office technology issues, including telecommunication and copier problems.
  • Monitors and ensures employees complete onboarding tasks, including system access, locker assignments, mailboxes, uniforms, badges, fingerprinting, and training.
  • Facilitates station event planning, coordination, and execution (e.g., Do Crew, luncheons, holiday meals, recognition events).
  • Handles payroll processing in Workbrain for management and support personnel.
  • Processes bereavement communications and coordinates local responses.
  • Manages employee parking, including permits and assignments, as required.
  • Assists with timekeeping functions, data entry, verification, reconciliations, and filing.
  • Maintains employee records as necessary.
  • Oversees Station meeting plans, including monthly emergency response.
  • Accesses and manages various periodic reports, including performance, audit, expense, employee engagement, and recognition.
  • Updates required manuals and maintains all security-related documents.
  • Acts as a backup for various payroll functions.
  • Maintains records for OSHA, safety, etc. (301's, weekly and annual).
  • Assists with budget preparation and reconciliation, including monthly closeout of landing fees.
  • Supports auditing activities as required.
  • Tracks and verifies incentive funds earned.
  • Collaborates with CRE/Facilities and vendors to monitor local projects as needed.
  • Leads and directs work with other support staff as necessary.
  • Performs additional duties as required.
