Financial Recovery Specialist

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Contract Type: Temporary

Compensation: $23.72/hr - $26.73/hr

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in low complexity initiatives within Financial Recovery.
  • Review basic issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks.
  • Receive guidance from supervisors while developing an understanding of functions, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide essential information to clients in Financial Recovery.
  • Assess diverse customer situations, conduct thorough research, and determine appropriate actions.
  • Document findings and support issues through direct mediation as necessary.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in legal administration or support.
  • Proficiency in combining documents using Adobe Reader.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and OneNote.
  • Experience in shipping documents with FedEx.
  • Understanding of legal civil procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with quality assurance teams.
  • Preferred: 6+ months of legal administrative experience.
  • Hands-on experience supporting legal professionals is advantageous.

  • Knowledge of credit card processes.
  • Experience in payment research.
  • Exposure to litigation and civil procedures.
  • Ability to partner with third-party law firms.
