Position Overview:
This role is integral to the financial planning and budgeting operations, aimed at formulating strategies and evaluating financial performance against established benchmarks. The individual will provide analytical support to both administrative and managerial teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the financial planning and budgeting processes by collaborating with operational leaders to develop financial strategies.
- Conduct thorough analyses of financial statements and data, presenting findings through detailed reports and visual representations.
- Evaluate operational results and partner with leadership to identify key performance drivers.
- Prepare variance analyses and provide comprehensive explanations.
- Compile and summarize data to construct robust financial models and forecasts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to propose solutions and make independent decisions.
- Present analytical findings to leadership, offering recommendations based on financial and operational outcomes.
- Maintain an understanding of essential business drivers and metrics, providing financial guidance based on analytical evaluations.
- Facilitate the communication of relevant financial and operational trends by initiating actionable analyses to support management decisions.
- Benchmark performance and analyze processes to identify areas for enhancement.
- Employ cost accounting techniques to project future financial scenarios and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
- Keep abreast of financial technology systems and data sources to effectively manage and utilize information.
- Focus on continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by Finance leadership.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, analytics, or accounting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and recommendations clearly.
- An analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- A proactive attitude towards critical thinking and a desire for continuous learning.
- Excellent decision-making capabilities and business acumen.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic perspective.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
