Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Renewal By Andersen. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and decision support services to drive business results for our moderately complex organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional process improvement or problem-solving teams.

Requirements:

  • MBA, CMA, CPA or equivalent is desired, a minimum of seven years related experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
  • An effective communicator with both financial and non-financial managers.
  • Detail-orientated, but able to think broadly to translate strategies into operational objectives and projects and bring them to closure.
  • Good presentation skills and demonstrated strategic thinking skills.
