Job Title: Model Risk Senior Manager

Crowe is seeking a highly skilled Model Risk Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for performing and managing consulting projects for a variety of financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients on model risk management practices and provide model validation services.
  • Supervise, train, and review the work of other consultants.
  • Manage key aspects of client service projects from planning to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide trusted advice.
  • Support business development activities by identifying new target clients and developing proposals.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or Economics.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial institutions, Big 4, or regulatory supervisory of financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of business development, relationship management, and new solution development.
  • Advanced knowledge of model risk management regulatory guidance and credit risk model types.
  • Direct experience performing model validations or model development.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Solid analytical background and knowledge of econometrics.
  • Experience with statistical packages such as SAS, Matlab, Stata, Python, and R.
  • Experience with database management and data visualization tools.
  • Professional certification preferred.
