We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Case Manager - Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team at Texas Panhandle Centers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation, as well as a strong understanding of person-centered and trauma-informed care principles. A bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field is required. For this position, a valid Texas driver's license and insurance are also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ethical and professional communications with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues at all times.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services and provide follow-up support for individuals in the upper 21 counties of the Texas Panhandle.
  • Work collaboratively with community stakeholders, including law enforcement, hospitals, and social services, to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
  • Provide education and training to help others access crisis services and understand mental health conditions and treatment resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in behavioral health case management for Case Manager II, two (2) years for Case Manager III.
  • Valid Texas driver's license and insurance.
