We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing direct patient care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
This position involves supporting an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practicing the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, house supervisor, and charge nurse, the successful candidate will attend to patient's direct care needs and perform tasks as delegated. Key responsibilities include participating in the implementation of the Plan of Care, performing clinical skills based on specific patient populations, and ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess current BLS certification from the American Heart Association and maintain certification throughout employment. Additionally, the individual must have 2 years' experience providing patient care or meet one of the following requirements: EMT Certification, Medical Assistant Certification, or High School Diploma or equivalent.
