Job Summary

D-Line USA, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As part of the global Luceco Group, our U.S. headquarters is in Louisville, KY where we specialize in cutting-edge cable management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong drive for personal and professional growth. They will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, collaborating with manufacturing representative groups, promoting new product launches, and seeking new business opportunities to achieve profitable sales growth.

The Business Development Manager will report directly to the COO based in Louisville, KY and work closely with our sales team at the D-Line headquarters in the UK. Our CEO is deeply committed to supporting our sales objectives, ensuring the successful candidate has the resources and backing needed to excel.

The successful candidate will be passionate about driving growth and want to be part of a forward-thinking company. They will be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries from current and prospective customers, providing information, quotations, and price lists.
  • Following up with customer quotes and converting to orders.
  • Identifying and targeting new customers by initiating contact and sparking interest in D-Line products through personal selling techniques.
  • Establishing themselves as a field expert, offering consultative recommendations.
  • Attending relevant conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Developing and managing customer accounts by setting strategic goals and creating plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Cultivating long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving success.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving sales growth.
