Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ICONMA. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including email management, calendar organization, and travel coordination
  • Manage office operations, including facilities coordination, supply ordering, and loaner equipment management
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient execution
  • Develop and maintain organizational charts, reports, and communication materials
  • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
  • Represent the office in a professional manner, interfacing with employees at all levels
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience providing administrative support
  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and office management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
