Key Responsibilities- Coordinate psychiatric and medical care for residents, including providing nursing services, education, and oversight of medications.
- Ensure client safety through completion of wellness checks, Q15s, and ratio management.
- Provide 24-hour support to residents, addressing medical and psychiatric emergencies as needed.
- Schedule and transport clients to medical appointments, ensuring continuity of care.
- Document all physicians' orders and treatments accurately, including supervision of self-administration of medications.
- Participate in scheduled audits to ensure medication cart and nursing supplies are organized and compliant.
- Communicate with program managers and community providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- State of Florida licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Two years of post-licensure work experience preferred.
- Previous experience working with co-occurring disorders and in residential settings highly preferred.
- $27.00 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential for weekend and overnight shifts.
- Paid Time Off based on hours worked.
- Immediate eligibility to participate in 403b Savings Plan with 25% match.
- Mileage Reimbursement.
- Continuous training and professional development opportunities.
