Team Overview:
Within Agoda's Technology Department, the Tech Recruitment team plays a crucial role in managing all hiring processes for the Tech sector. We collaborate closely with Tech stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment aligned with our goals and performance indicators. Our team thrives on collaboration across various Technology departments, utilizing data-driven approaches to attract top talent globally. We prioritize inclusion and diversity, fostering a learning environment that enhances each team member's skills while connecting travelers with people worldwide.
Role Overview:
In this position, you will contribute to Agoda's success by devising and executing diverse recruitment strategies aimed at identifying high-quality and diverse candidates. Your focus will be on generating active candidates for various roles within the Technology department, both locally and globally, while serving as a recruitment expert and talent advisor to Tech stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise to manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology positions.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit while understanding their motivations.
- Ensure alignment of targets by collaborating closely with Tech Sourcers and conducting your own sourcing activities.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions with the team and Hiring Managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Deliver results in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment, making informed decisions swiftly.
- Work independently while maintaining partnerships with Tech Sourcers, Recruitment Coordinators, and Tech stakeholders.
- Leverage data to inform your strategies, providing market insights to shape recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of in-house technical recruitment experience.
- Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives.
- Expertise in recruiting technical talent for Software Engineering and Leadership roles in Full Stack, Back End, and Data Engineering.
- Familiarity with ATS for candidate sourcing, tracking, and management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong Boolean search skills and experience with various sourcing tools, including job boards and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Background in Product, E-commerce, OTA, or internet-based companies.
