Job Overview

At Addison Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing comprehensive customer service, and overseeing various account management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and act as a key liaison between sales, marketing, and support teams.
  • Oversee license procurement and maintain extensive product knowledge.
  • Triage and resolve technical support escalations related to the client's platforms.
  • Conduct account reviews to identify new revenue opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Perform detailed reporting and strategic planning for large-scale projects.
  • Research and create new customer accounts, ensuring market penetration through trial setups.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in a subscription-based or product licensing environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and interact professionally with clients and vendors.

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
  • Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
