KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of a Brooksource Recruiter, you will cultivate talent networks characterized by enduring personal and professional relationships with prospective consultants. We strive to enhance the hiring experience as you source and evaluate qualified candidates, aligning them with opportunities where they can thrive. Recruiters champion their candidates, remain accessible and genuine, and invest time in understanding how they can contribute to the candidates' job search and interview journey. Our Recruiters deliver value to our clients by providing flexibility in timelines and rapidly identifying top talent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the sales team to ascertain the hiring requirements of clients
  • Formulating strategies to identify candidates with niche skills that meet client expectations
  • Evaluating candidates through a comprehensive internal interview process prior to presenting them to external clients, which includes phone, in-person, and virtual interviews
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure the best fit for open positions
  • Offering resume coaching, mock interviews, job offer guidance, and interview feedback to candidates
  • Managing a variety of daily activities while addressing new challenges and opportunities
  • Providing thorough onboarding and post-placement support to create enthusiastic advocates among our consultants throughout their project assignments
  • Consistently achieving weekly metrics for phone calls, interviews, and placements
  • Setting personal and team objectives through regular goal-setting sessions with your manager and recruiter support
  • Executing all other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company and/or typical for the position.
