The Technical Solutions Advisor will contribute to the expansion and diversification of solutions provided to clients.

This position focuses on technical consultancy, addressing business solutions with a moderate to high level of complexity, acting as a subject matter expert on behalf of clients and service delivery teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with national, regional, and branch professional services sales teams to assess pipeline, forecast, and opportunities
  • Engages directly with sales managers and solutions delivery teams to advocate for professional services offerings, driven by key performance indicators and established processes
  • Conducts pre-sale technical assessments, business process evaluations, and develops tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Works with the team to create and refine engagement letters, site assessments, scope of work (SOW) documentation, and integration projects as necessary
  • Liaises with implementation teams as required to provide guidance on resource allocation and staffing for execution of implementation strategies
  • Upholds educational training standards and certification levels in alignment with job expectations and career development plans.
  • Understands and demonstrates the advantages of all KMBS products, services, and solutions for clients
  • Achieves or surpasses assigned revenue goals within designated territory
  • Tracks and manages individual sales activities and opportunities within the sales management system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • 2-4 years of pertinent Solutions Sales Support experience
  • Strong familiarity with industry hardware, services, and solution offerings
  • High level of comfort and understanding of:
Network servers

Document management and scanning applications and workflows

Managed Print Services

Print Optimization and cost recovery

Print and MFP print controller technology

SQL, Security, and major third-party print manufacturer devices

Video security solutions (hardware and software)

  • Eagerness and ability to assimilate information through training
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance objectives
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Preferred interest and/or experience in: print management, advanced scanning/capture, video security solutions, document management
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest technology
  • Successfully complete certification examinations to enhance career trajectory
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Valid driver's license
  • Dynamic professional comfortable with presenting, both as part of a team and independently, for solutions opportunities within new and established clients
