Job Summary

CenterStar Property Group seeks a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling confidential information.
  • Develop and implement effective organizational systems to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
