Position Overview:

In the role of a Senior Solutions Architect within the Technical Architecture and Communication Systems (TACS) practice area, you will engage with team members to steer digital transformation initiatives through strategic optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to formulate and implement strategies that align with industry trends and fulfill business objectives. Transform business strategies into actionable plans and technological solutions.
  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Effectively adapt to evolving business and operational models.
  • Analyze market trends and disruptions, evaluating their implications on targeted business outcomes.
  • Envision future scenarios and initiate long-term planning through effective storytelling.
  • Support and advocate for both project-centric and product-centric operational frameworks.
  • Articulate the value and services of enterprise architecture with clarity.
  • Lead the evolution of the team's service offerings and operational model.
  • Mentor and guide solution architects, product owners/managers, and business stakeholders, fostering a culture of architectural thinking.
  • Ensure that security and compliance considerations are woven into all aspects of architecture. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Extensive knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, service-oriented architecture (SOA), APIs, microservices, event-driven IT, and predictive analytics.
  • Strong grasp of business and operational models, financial frameworks, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools and methodologies.
  • Proficient in information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT service management, and agile and lean methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong consulting acumen, including targeted communication, engagement management, and stakeholder relations.

Education and Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis, or a related field, accompanied by eight years of experience in strategic operations planning, business analysis, or as an enterprise architect consultant. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
