Job Title: Senior Regional Credit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Credit Manager to join our team at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. in Irving, Texas.

Job Summary:

The Senior Regional Credit Manager will lead a team of Portfolio Managers and Representatives responsible for multiple countries. This role will be responsible for managing the credit granting process, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Portfolio Managers and Representatives responsible for multiple countries.
  • Manage the credit granting process, including the consistent application of a credit policy.
  • Conduct periodic credit reviews of existing customers.
  • Assess the creditworthiness of potential customers.
  • Secure and enforce statutory payment rights on a timely basis.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to build relationships.
  • Hire, lead, and mentor talent.
  • Manage escalations from all partners.
  • Work closely with the Legal and Lien Processing teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience leading successful collection teams across geographies.
  • Strong leadership and conflict management abilities.
  • Performance and result management.
  • Demonstrated openness to change, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Establish trust and relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and manage several projects.
  • Demonstrated drive and initiative.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification required.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in Credit Management.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience at a supervisory or management level.
