Role Summary:
As a Financial Aid Advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding students through the financial aid landscape. Your expertise will help students secure the necessary funding to pursue their educational goals while embodying our core values of respect, integrity, teamwork, customer service, and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to students regarding various funding options available for their education.
- Assist students in completing necessary financial aid forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage financial aid packaging, file completion, eligibility checks, verification, and clearance processes.
- Utilize the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) to monitor students' loan histories.
- Conduct required entrance and exit interviews in accordance with federal regulations.
- Adhere to Concorde's policies and procedures as outlined in the college's policy manual.
- Stay informed about and comply with all relevant federal regulations and procedures.
- Perform additional duties related to student financial aid as assigned.
Qualifications:
- An Associate degree (60 credit hours) or at least 1 year of relevant experience in Financial Aid may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office or customer service environment is required.
- Must not currently be in default on any federal student loans.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex processes is necessary.
Compensation: $22-$26 per hour (based on education and experience)
