Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Attendant to join our team at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. This role will provide high-quality food and nutrition services to patients, family members, and staff while adhering to regulatory requirements and Service Excellence Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Prepare and serve food according to therapeutic diets and regulatory requirements
  • Operate food service equipment and maintain proper sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and compliance
Requirements
  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
  • National Food Handler Card
  • 1 year of customer service, computer skills, patient interaction, and food service experience
  • Experience in healthcare food service using therapeutic diets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in high-volume call centers
