Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to patients, family members, and staff
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to patients with various dietary needs
- Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital standards
- Collaborate with the dietitian and other healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
- Operate food service equipment and maintain inventory of food and supplies
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
- National Food Handler Card
- 1 year of customer service, computer skills, patient interaction, and food service experience
- Healthcare food service experience using therapeutic diets
- Experience in high-volume call centers
