Childcare Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Educator to join our team at Temple Health – Temple University Health System. As an Early Childhood Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.
**Job Summary:**
The Childcare Educator is responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum for assigned age groups. This includes managing well-run, organized, responsive learning environments and synchronizing the roles of teaching staff to ensure delivery of quality programming.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implementing and overseeing daily standards-based lesson plans
- Observing, recording, and assessing child progress, designing activities to further develop identified skills and abilities
- Working with specialists to create goals and overseeing the implementation of intervention plans (ISFP and IEP)
- Serving as a positive role-model and upholding program-wide values and initiatives through professional conduct
**Requirements:**
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
- General experience in a related teaching role with young children (required)
- PFA_CPR certification (required)
**Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
