**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced professional to supervise and lead our security team, ensuring the highest level of service and support to patients, visitors, and staff. As a Security Operations Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, managing personnel, and contributing to management decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and lead a team of security workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Coordinate daily activities, including responding to emergencies and conducting investigations.
  • Assist with management decisions, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; two years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (proof required upon request).
  • CPI and MOAB certifications within 12 months of hire or transfer date.
  • Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) certification within six months of hiring.
