About This Role
The Lead Security Professional will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of Security workers. As a key member of our team, you will assist with management decisions and activities, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead Security workers to deliver high-quality services
- Coordinate daily activities and ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with management to make informed decisions

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus two years' experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (required)
- Obtain CPI and MOAB certifications within 12 months of hire
- Complete Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) certification within six months of employment

Salary Range
$55,000 - $75,000 annually.
