About the Role

The Marketing Proposal Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the development of proposals and presentations from start to finish, consistently applying marketing best practices, including design, writing, editing, layout, and production, engaging appropriate marketing resources to support these pursuits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate marketing content, including infographics, technical, and qualifications materials.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in A/E/C preferred, with experience in the transmission and distribution industry a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Create Suite (InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven experience in proposal development and management.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • BA/BS in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
