Key Responsibilities:
- Full life-cycle recruitment for a variety of open roles across our business, building and managing a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define the hiring process and workflow.
- Defining the best recruitment strategy for each open position, including advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks.
- Working closely with our VP People, TA colleagues, and hiring managers to help build high-performing teams.
- Representing Worldsensing at networking and recruitment events.
- Ensuring candidates receive the best possible interview and hiring experience.
- Acting as an HR advisor to ensure employees have an available source of advice and understanding of company policies and communications.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of talent management experience with a focus on technology companies.

- Up-to-date knowledge of the talent space, including the latest talent trends and strategies.
