Strategic People Partner

Job Summary
The People & Culture Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to the management team, providing expertise and challenge to drive business results. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing People & Culture initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide People & Culture expertise and challenge to the management team
- Proactively provide creative and engaging solutions to motivate employees at different career points
- Serve as the People & Culture advisor, coach and partner to the management team
- Support managers and employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management
- Develop strong working relationships and work closely with all People & Culture specialist functions to provide 'seamless' support and guidance to the business
- Contribute as a team member on broader People & Culture projects across the business
- Proactively review, on an ongoing basis, all People & Culture policies and processes
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
- A minimum of 5+ years of core experience within Human Resources partnering with senior leaders
- Exceptional organization and project management skills
- Knowledge of national, state and local Employee and Labor Relations practices, laws and regulations
- Project management and process improvement experience a plus
