Job Opportunity

Rolle IT, LLC is a fast-growing IT Solutions firm located on Florida's Space Coast. We are seeking a driven Account Executive and IT Sales Consultant to join our Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding the IT needs of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers through effective communication and consultative selling.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations that highlight our IT solutions and their benefits.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.

Required Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of IT tools and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills for closing deals.
  • Good networking skills and ability to handle multiple client companies and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies.
  • Ability to explain product features and benefits in a compelling way.
  • Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers' needs.
  • Resilience and willingness to deal with rejection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consultative sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Experience working in compliance-driven industries.
