Job Description

As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of Flik Hospitality Group's foodservice operations in the New York City region. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client relations, developing menus, and overseeing financial aspects related to your assigned account.

About You

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in foodservice operations, preferably in high-volume environments. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain exceptional relationships with clients, guests, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop menus and deliver top-notch culinary experiences
  • Manage P&L and budgeting for your assigned account
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with our marketing and culinary teams

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, along with an array of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
