Job Description

As an Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale batch cooking, ensuring Sodexo culinary standards are met, and developing innovative menu offerings. You will also supervise a team of chefs, mentor them, and maintain the highest culinary standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A supervisory culinary background within hotel banquets, country clubs, or upscale restaurants with experience staying current with new culinary trends.
  2. Excellent mentoring and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  3. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on your education level and years of relevant experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision care, 401(k) plan matching contributions, paid time off, career growth opportunities, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Basic Management Experience: 2 years. Basic Functional Experience: 1 year work experience in food or culinary services.
