Key Responsibilities

  • Program Requirements: Assess program requirements, functional designs, plans, and schedules, and provide recommendations to ensure successful program execution.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can effectively exceed customer needs by building productive relationships and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be a key member of our team, actively participating in the completion of goals while producing quality outcomes.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 Years of Military Domain Knowledge: You must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the military domain, with a strong understanding of military operations and procedures.
  • US Army Mission Command Training Program Experience: Prior experience with the US Army Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), other Mission Command Training Complexes, or JLCCTC fielding activities is highly desirable.
  • High-Level Presentations and White Papers: You must have experience providing high-level presentations and white papers for system engineering reviews, product development, analysis, and validation and verification of engineering solutions.
  • Agile Development Environment: Experience working in an Agile development environment is required.
  • Interpersonal, Written, and Oral Communication Skills: You must be highly proficient in interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • DOD Secret Security Clearance: You must hold or be able to obtain a minimum DOD Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship: Due to the nature of the work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Domestic and International Travel: Domestic and international travel to military installations in support of JLCCTC Program activities is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • JLCCTC or Similar Constructive Modeling and Simulation Software: Experience with the JLCCTC or similar constructive modeling and simulation software is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Technical Discipline: A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
