We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from project initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
  • Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and metrics.
  • Act as a servant-leader, coaching and mentoring team members on Agile methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management through regular reports and presentations.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile practices and methodologies across the organization, promoting a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years as a Technical Project Manager, managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, with relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) preferred.
  • Solid technical background with a good understanding of software development processes, technologies, and architectures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to customers.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, and proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.
