Employee Benefits Sales Specialist

At Hotchkiss Insurance, we're seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and prospective clients in the middle market segment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with prospects in the local business community through various sales methods
- Maintain a target client list across various vertical market segments
- Collaborate with other divisions to cross-sell and effectively service existing clients
- Prepare and coordinate presentations for clients and potential clients, focusing on renewal and new business opportunities
- Provide year-round consulting expertise to clients on topics such as long-term strategic planning, compliance, wellness, and cost containment strategies
- Work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers for proactive client account management
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Texas Life & Health license preferred
- Proven sales experience with a track record of success
- Business-to-Business prospecting experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to deliver effective presentations to groups
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and modern technology
