Job Title: Employee Benefits Sales Representative

WallStJobs is seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective clients to offer tailored employee benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR professionals, benefits managers, and business owners to understand their needs and deliver customized benefits packages.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to educate clients about various benefits packages, including health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and more.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement benefits packages that align with their organizational objectives and employee preferences.
  • Provide ongoing support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and client communications in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in employee benefits, insurance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.
