You will join a team of trusted, dynamic, and entrepreneurial sales pioneers who are passionate about helping customers solve everyday challenges while earning uncapped commissions. The Business Growth Specialist Role:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to present potential products and services that meet their needs.
  • Drive revenue for the associated campaign by strengthening customer relationships using active listening skills and a consultative sales approach to recommend specific products and subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute direct marketing and sales strategies within a designated target market.
  • Provide regular sales reporting and analysis to the Management team and clients.
  • Guide fellow team members through industry trends, product knowledge training, and new onboarding procedures.
  • Analyze business processes and suggest improvements using acquired knowledge of operations systems and our sales strategies.
  • Continuously refine your sales, delegation, problem-solving, and leadership skills to achieve excellence.
  • Contribute to our growth-oriented team culture as an active member of our collaborative Sales Department.

The Business Growth Specialist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or related field
  • Enjoy competitiveness and are goal-oriented
  • Passion for marketing, sales, and creating personal brand experiences
  • Operate with the mantra 'Make it happen' and do so with an optimistic outlook and solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently and as a valuable team partner
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Reputation for being a people person and establishing rapport easily
