Key Responsibilities:- Sales: Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction within retail locations on various wireless products, accessories, and services to customers.
- Engagement: Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates, participate in in-store promotions, and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
- Training: Maintain sound knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services, attend requested training sessions and conference calls, and review new product and service offerings from our client retailer.
- Relationship Development: Establish and manage critical relationships within the program, develop and manage positive business relationships with retail store management and employees.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
- Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
