Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests and handle room reservations
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Answer guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
