What We Are Seeking

We are on the lookout for an outstanding individual to join our team as a Senior Housekeeper. This role requires a dedicated individual who will uphold our values while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in our properties. The Senior Housekeeper will collaborate closely with the local management team and offer guidance to fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Thoroughly clean and maintain Vacasa properties in accordance with established company standards.
  2. Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and property owners by ensuring cleanliness and care of homes.
  3. Identify and document any damages to properties, generating maintenance requests as needed.
  4. Mentor and support both new and existing housekeeping staff.
  5. Conduct inspections of cleans performed by other housekeepers.
  6. Provide touch-up cleaning as required.
  7. Foster open and collaborative relationships with team members and management.
  8. Regularly communicate with the local management team and assist colleagues as necessary.
  9. Offer coverage for management and co-senior housekeepers when required.
  10. Collect and dispose of trash and debris.
  11. Meet and maintain established housekeeping performance metrics.
  12. Participate in all mandatory individual and team meetings.
  13. Restock consumable items such as soaps and paper products.
  14. Maintain hot tubs as needed; training will be provided.
  15. Other duties as assigned, as each day presents unique challenges.

  • Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred, though we can train you in our standards.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, as well as perform various physical tasks.
