Job Summary

The HR Process and Compliance Associate will support the HR Systems and Process Manager in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external audits. This role will also assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of HR processes and procedures. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate the SDSURF Separation workflow process, follow up on incomplete tasks, and communicate with the appropriate parties. The HR Process and Compliance Associate will also coordinate the SDSURF Volunteer and Research Affiliate program, audit, maintain, and update employee records, and research data in HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to apply independent judgment, discretion, and initiative to address problems and develop solutions, and ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, and previous experience working in an office or administrative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Systems and Process Manager in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience working in an office or administrative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply independent judgment, discretion, and initiative to address problems and develop solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing.
