Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the breadth of our security capabilities and how they align to common security frameworks.

The Compliance Specialist will write, update, and enact policies capturing security and AI safety requirements, respond to customer inquiries on the state of our security and AI safety program, and support the maintenance of a Common Controls Framework through recordkeeping.

The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities, be familiar with SOC2 Type II, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and similar security frameworks, and write clear and useful security documentation.

The Compliance Specialist will thrive in a fast-paced and growing organization, be comfortable organizing time-bounded task management of delegated work streams across a diverse organization, and be willing to participate in internal audit procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Understand the breadth of our security capabilities and how they align to common security frameworks

Requirements
